I'm trying to Create a site that doesn't offer shipping and I get an error saying the WA Universal Email Server Behavior can't be found.

I'm trying to Create a site that doesn't offer shipping and I get an error saying the WA Universal Email Server Behavior can't be found.

I have always created sites with shipping as an option, but this time the client wants it removed. When researching this, it was stated that the easiest thing to do was to delete the old pages and run the checkout wizard again to create the necessary pages. It will create my confirm page, but then I always the an error saying that WebAssist:eCart:ChWizJS:Floater:ConfirmationPage.js": Cannot find Server Behavior named WA Universal Email.htm.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both unversal email and ecart as stated in another thread. I've also tried creating the pages (as well as uninstalling and reinstalling) using both dreamweaver cs4 and cs5. I get the same error every time.

The product has been great up to this point, by the way.

reset the workspace layout:
go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

What is your OS?

What Version Of Dreamweaver?

What Version of eCart?

What other extension including the version numbers are installed?

Same thing

I reset the workspace and deleted the cache file and I got the same error. The info you requested is listed below.

What is your OS? OS X 10.9.1

What Version Of Dreamweaver? CS4 and CS5, but eCart has always worked better in CS4

What Version of eCart? eCart 4.5.2

What other extension including the version numbers are installed? DataAssist 2.1.0, Universal Email 4.0.1, SecurityAssist 1.1.9, Form Toolkit 1.0.0 and Cookies Toolkit 3.1.2

try recreating the users configuration folder as outlined in step 12 of the Adobe troubleshooting guide:
http://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/kb/troubleshoot-javascript-errors-dreamweaver-cs4.html#main_user_config

then reinstalling eCart

Actually, I spoke too soon. It worked that time because it totally ignored Universal Email. It just skipped that step and didn't ask me for any of my email details. I reinstalled universal email and reran the checkout wizard and i got the same error. I've attached a screen shot.

Updated Skype settings

I sent a pm with my skype user name and available times on the 21st, but I just realised that I had my skype privacy setting set to only allow calls from my contacts. I'm not sure if that is what caused no reply
