Trying to create static form

How do i create static form, then one i made doesnt look like on web page you can see all the code? Using lastest version of data bridge and ecart on windows 7 running creative cloud :)

if you can see the code when viewing the page on your host, that would mean that the host does not support PHP.

to use eCart and Data Bridge, your host must support PHP.

I understand that, but I thought I didn't need that as yet because I wanted to see what it looks like in HTML? If build one from scratch just using HTML and CSS I can how it looks like then adaptive to make it responsive then when testing to see if works send i will then upload it?

The forms created by Data Bridge contain server code code, you cannot preview them unless the server supports PHP. Data Bridge will not create Static forms.
