CSS MenuWriter 2.0.2 - Issues with IE7 & IE8

Hi there,

I have successfully created a menu structure which works perfectly in Safari and Firefox but not in IE 7 or 8 (not too worried about IE 6).

I have tried disabling all javascripts and CSS as outlined in the troubleshooting guide, but still getthe same results. The menu looks ok for a split second as the page loads, but when the page finishes loading, the text changes colour (it's as if everything has changed to the hover state).

"Link Removed"

Hoping there's an easy fix for this one.

Thanks in advance.

This is caused by setting all of the links to "#" and selecting the "Top level of Currant Page" option in the Select in Menu section on the Currant tab.

Since all of the links are the same, all of the top level menu items are the "Currant Page", since they are all the "Currant page" They are all given the hover state.

If you set each of the top level buttons to go to a different page, you will no longer have this problem.

Jason,

Many thanks for pointing this out. I feel a bit sheepish not spotting that one.

Kind regards,

Craig
