TypeError: rsObj.setParams is not a function

Trying to [finally use] security assist to create a user login experience. It will not create because of this:
Error in applySecurityAssistSBS: TypeError: sbObj.setParams is not a function - this appears twice and the code/application stops and does not create some of the pages.
Advise how to use or fix?

Mac OSX 10.8.4
DW CC v13.2.0.6466
Extensions: Data Bridge 1.15 by Webassist Design Extender 1.16 by Webassist
Yes, forgot to mention the Depreciated Panel Support v 1.0.0 is also installed, no others.

UPDATE: I got it to run the code, build the pages without that error BUT I had to delete all the extensions and reinstall.. so what happened from last time I used Webassist? I updated the extensions.

Glitch while updating?

are Data Bridge 1.15 and Design Extender 1.16 the only extensions installed?

with DW CC, you also need to install the deprecated server behaviors extension:
