Sending email message contact form

I am creating a contact form with email.
In the tutorial:
Choose the To field lightning bolt.
In the Select Data Bindings window, expand the Current Working Form option to choose an option from your form.
From the list of available form elements, choose the field that contains the email address you would like to use.

However I cannot see the Current Working Form option.
Can you see why I do not have this in my selections please?
Many thanks
John

Not sure why it is not in the selections, but you can enter dummy information while running the form builder wizard, then after the form is created, edit the Universal Email server behavior to use the dynamic bindings.

open the server behaviors panel, and double click the Universal Email server behavior to edit it. after the form has been created, the dynamic bindings should be available.

for the from address, you used the validated entries collection.

the validated entries collection is used by server validation and will only have a value if the form fails validation.

in the bindings panel, there will b a collection for the form, you should use the form binding group instead of the validated entries group.

NOTE: some hosts will not send an email if the from address is not a valid email address for your domain. to work around this, set the from address to a valid email address. in the universal email behavior, click the from button to access advanced from settings, you can use the form binding for the reply to address.
