Installation issue HTML2Image.exe

Hi.
For some reason after making the latest DW CC update Databridge stopped working. Tried to reintall it and was getting an HTML2Image.exe error.I tried everything. Delete .dat file and then I decided to remove bothDatabridge and Designextender and reinstall them. Having the same issue when trying to install Design Extender too. As I told you I deleted .dat file restarted DW etc. PLEASE HELP cause it's urgent. Attaching a screenshot of the error I am getting.

Thank you in advance.

restart the OS,

then follow step 12 of the Adobe troubleshooting guide to recreate the users configuration folder:

Once the configuration folder has been renamed, go to the web assist site to download the extensions. when downloading, make sure to select the option to save the files. if you are prompted to open, select no and save instead.

After downloading, open the extension manager, click the install button and browse to the downloaded extension files to start the install.
