Send Preview not working when adding Link to page elements

Send Preview works when the is only text and images in the mailing's body. After adding any link to text or image the mailing does not appear to be sent to provided mail address. Are the logs that can be viewed somewhere in PM?

Thanks in advance

what is the code for the link? prior to sending the preview, click the source button to view the code and send that in your reply.

All the code sent in Private Message. It works when sending to my private mail, but not client's. Tested it like you asked.

if it works to some addresses but not others, it is an issue with the smtp server.

Does it work sending the actual mailing instead of the preview?

Actual mailing also does not send to this address. Receiving client has exchange server handling their incoming mail. SMTP is shared php hosting.

you should contact the host to look into the SMTP server error logs to determine why the email is not being relayed to that address.

Power messenger compiles the email, and sets the recipient, then passes the email to the SMTP server.

it is the job of the SMTP server to re;lay the email to the recipient.

If the the email is not getting to the recipient, the SMTP server is not relaying the email for some reason. the SMTP server error logs should contain information on why the email is not being relayed.
