Sec Question Validation Error;, Form Sends Regardless

I'm failing to figure this out so far. On submit the progress bar processes and page returns with error that the security answer is invalid. The form still sends. There appears to be server validation present. What have I done wrong?

the server validation code block is after the Universal Email code block, it needs to come before.

Wow. That is odd. I made the change, form didn't send. Step one complete. So now we aren't validating.
I ran the test suggested here: http://www.webassist.com/forums/posts.php?id=6709

The security question was, "What day comes before saturday?"
The results are:
the answer you posted is:
the anwser it is looking for is: 24
