search results not showing

search results not showing

Hey Jason

First time using the search wizard and not sure what has gone wrong.

A results page doesnt seem to have been created (and have retried multiple times and still no results page).I manually created a results page but not sure how to get the results showing.....

The data assist search wizard only creates the search page, you have to create the results page first.

am struggling to get the search results to show... it returns everything in the database regardless of search criteria (including if the search is an empty one)...

Have gone through that tut and cant see what I have missed or getting wrong.....

on the results pagem change line 10:

if ((isset($_POST["WADbSearch1"])) && ($_POST["WADbSearch1"] != "")) {


to:

if ((isset($_POST["WADbSearch1_x"])) {

I get the followign error on the page when I make that change:


Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '{' in /home/motle8wh/public_html/clients/warranty/results.php on line 10
