CAPTCHA code not being accepted

CAPTCHA code not being accepted

I'm just noticed that the CAPTCHA code on a Password reminder page isn't working, i.e. when it is entered correctly it is failing the validation.

I've juts been competing it with a page on another project that I know does work, and haven't been able to spot what is wrong (comparing the name of the form, and the error references etc - they all look correct.)

I presume even if I'm not seeing it, it must be something to do with that. I've attached the page below - if anyone could have a quick look to see if they can spot anything, that would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Actually - forget that - I spotted the typo. It was in the CAPTCHA image src:

&field=Security_Code_1&bgcolor=FFFEEF

Had a rogue '_1' from somewhere.
