Tooltips won't work with new forms created with Dreamwever cc

When I upgraded to Dreamweaver cc, I wasn't able to use any of my old WA extensions, so I finally upgraded with databridge. I am totally changing the design of my website - when I copy my old forms into the new design, tooltips dies.

If I create a new form in dreamweaver, which doesn't include spry anymore, how do I incorporate tooltips?

Whenever I try to create a new form through WA, dreamweaver crashes.

If your running windows with IE 11, try turning the Preview off. Go to WebAssist -> Preferences. in the preview section, select Disable preview.

form builder will create forms that use Spry, and you can add tooltips to those.

In the upcoming eCart upgrade, we are moving to Jquery for validation, after that we will be working on implementing Jquery in Data Bridge.
