I keep getting  character when using HTML editor (ckEditor)

I have no idea how to solve this as per your Support Forums. This is what's being inserted automaitcally by the ckeditor to the database:

<p>&#194;&#194;&#160;</p>

Please advise...

This is a ckeditor bug:
http://dev.ckeditor.com/ticket/9732

open the file:
webassist/ckeditor/ckeditor.js

in Dreamweaver go to Modify -> Page properties

in the Encoding section, enable the Include Unicode Signature (BOM) option.

I updated to the new version of the ckditor and the problem is solved. How can I insert this file to Data Bridge, so I don't have to do it manually everytime I want to insert the HTML Editor? I want to substitute the default ckeditor (ver 4.0) to the new one (ver 4.3.1). Please advise.
