Jamie

losing background color

Hey Jason

Just wondering if you could take a quick look at http://clients.motley.co.uk/stationery/know-something.php please?

Basically, the initial page the content area has a white background to it. When you submit the form (which redirects to itself) the white background is lost and cant see what is going wrong with the css.

Many thanks

Jamie

add the background color to the content div:

.content {
background-color: #FFFFFF;
float: right;
padding: 10px 0;
width: 630px;
}

I had done that (and have redone it now as well as adding it to the .sidebar class but it doesnt show the white backgrouond all the way to the bottom as it does prior to the form submission.

the page layout is a bit wonkey actually

the structure of
<div>
Menu
</div>
<h1>Text</h1>
your message was submitted

is putting inline elements where a block level element should be:
<div>
Menu
</div>
<div>
<h1>Text</h1>
your message was submited
</div>
