authorize.net setup

I'm completely lost on authorize.net. Our auth.net provider says I enter all the VAR setup data in eCart. I've watched the YouTube video. I've read the web page help, copied it to a document and I'm not seeing where to enter all that information. What am I missing?

Is it on the authorize.net side of things where stuff like merchant number, acquirer bank number, Visa/MC, Discover, Amex account numbers, etc is setup? Or is there something on eCart that I'm missing?

When you run the checkout wizard, it will ask for the needed details for your authorize.net account.
