CAPTCHA not allowing the form to submit

I think I did something wrong. I have a server validation on the CAPTCHA, but it's not allowing the form to submit even when the correct code has been entered. It won't let me attach a zip file for some reason, so I will post the link instead. http://store.allanbaumgarten.com/contact-us.php

Now I was able to upload the zip file. Thank you.

in the validation, you have selected to use 2 form elements.

the initial server variable should be the Security_Code_1 for,m element, the comparison should be the captcha_Security_Code_1 session variable.
