How can I use UPS as shipping provider for international destinations?

How can I use UPS as shipping provider for international destinations?

I keep getting errors like this one: Shipping Quote Failed - requested Package Type is unavailable for the selected service between the selected locations.I want to get quotes for international destinations. And from what I can see, the SERVICES available change according to where I want to ship the order.
So I cannot have just one value, it has to be shipping from one address (Montréal) but to different cities in Canada, the United States, France, Italy, what ever. Thanks for your

you would need to use a service that is available to all destinations, I believe it should be Standard
