charset é à

Hello,

I'm using the form tool to build a french speaking form. I have tried to change charset, enctype. but the e-mail I recieve from the from (opened in Outlook is with the special characters and not the é à è as it should be.

For example, Gégé comes as Gégé.

Where and what do I have to modify to get preoper texts ?

make sure that the charset meta tag on your page is set to use UTF-8

<meta charset="utf-8">

and in the universal email server behavior, make sure the utf-8 character set is selected.

In the contact.php file, I have put the <meta charset="utf-8">.
In the universal email server behavior, I do not find where to select it ?

In Universal Email, click the envelop icon to set the email object settings, the character set will be available in the email object settings screen.
