Wrong Template Location in Theme

I have created a theme from template, however the link to the template file in the include is incorrect.

the code generated is;

new WA_Include("../Templates{$WA_admin_1385028655674_Content_Empty}/admin.dwt.php");

the code should be;

new WA_Include("../templates{$WA_admin_1385028655674_Content_Empty}/admin.dwt.php");

Where can I edit this code centrally so that I don't have to change it for each page that I build using a theme?

The Template folder created by Dreamweaver should have a capitol T not lower case. It should be correct with the Capitol T. It would be best to use the Capitol T for the template folder as that is the Norm that DW uses.
