PowerCMS And Extra Padding

Please see rossalgar.co.uk I have added two sections with content. The first one is below a paragraph and that's fine the other is below a <H1> tag and it seams to be adding some strange padding and pushing the cms content down the page. I know its not the coding because without the cms all are the same lever?

Looking forward to getting this fix.

Thanks
