Fpormatting not showing up

Hi I have a page that I just edited. The text changed but the formatting did not take. I am attaching a picture for you all to see.

please provide a link where i can see the page and further details on what the formatting should look like versus what it does look like.

in your css you have the following rule:

html, body, ul, ol, li, p, h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, form, fieldset, a {
border: 0 none;
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
}

that is removing the padding from the Lists, that is causing the list dots to not show.
