The Form Data Tool

I was very pleased when I found the little gem The Form Data Tool on url http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/The-Form-Data-Tool
It completed very well but how can I extend this so that the results are sent to an email address please?

Thank you
John

use Universal Email from Data Bridge to send the form in an email:
http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/Getting-Started-with-Universal-Email

http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/Customize-form-elements-in-your-form-generated-emails

NOTE: the form data binding is only needed if the action of the form is set to post to another page.

with UE, you can leave the form action set to post to itself, then add the Create Email Message behavior on the same page as the form, and the form data binding will not be needed.

It looks like it is working for me, see the screen shot, the comments field seems to be the correct size.

also, the form will not submit if incorrect captcha and security question are entered, but works fine if they are correct. I don't see a problem.

I have tested your page with 3 different computers all running fire fox, and the page is loading correctly for me. I am not able to reproduce a problem.
