404 error although page loads when refreshed

I have a page with a Data Assist Insert form inserted as a plugin.

When I navigate to the page using the link from the results page I get a 404 error however if I refresh the page, the page loads correctly.

This also happens if I put the type the url in...

I have only tested on Safari at the moment

Any ideas?

I'm not able to reproduce. Have tried in Safari, Fire Fox, Google Chrome, and in IE. The page you sent a link for loads for me every time.
