custom theme not showing up in design, have uninstalled and reinstalled following tutorials with no luck

I have followd all tutorials and cannot get the theme to show up in design. lastly I have tried 'fresh' theme from tutorial with same result

I have had too many issues getting powerstore to work, finally got it close to ok on local server now have had several issues on remote server. after spending considerable time with tech support & still no success i am now trying to start from scratch with a new install on remote server but can't get through the install wizard. the time i have spent trying to get the store up and running i could have coded it myself and it would now be live.
i have spent hours on the forum and net looking for answers and have tried them all.
any useful help would be appreciated

This could be a permissions issue. If you provide a url to reproduce the problem and give me FTP access I can debug it and try to find a solution for you.

It appears there was a bug in the powerstore theme "Fresh" that made it error if you attempted to edit it. I've corrected the problem on your site and updated the powerstore downloadable files so that it shouldn't happen any more.
