Shipping charges not showing on invoice?

Shipping charges not showing on invoice?

Shipping charges are not showing on customer invoices. I have contacted Fed Ex and they are receiving and sending shipping rates, and we ran a test order and it is working on their end. We are not seeing the shipping rate at the end of the purchase on the receipt.

URL

The URL is www.countryovens.com and the email is not created by a gateway.

It looks like you are using the Remote Checkout through Authorize.net.

I started a test transaction, and don't see any shipping applied? how is shipping calculated.

Using remote Checkout would mean the email is generated by the gateway, can you provide a screen shot showing the email.

Gateway

That is correct. We are using Authorize.net for the remote checkout. Shipping is calculated by FED EX meter installed into the checkout php. I cannot get a screenshot but I could email a copy of what was printed for the email?

what items would i need to add to the cart to trigger a shipping rate? when i tested i dd not see any shipping added tothe cart, but i may have added an item that does not have a weight.

cart

The shipping would not show until the sale is final. All of our products have a weight and should register a shipping charge.

The shipping should be calculated when the checkout form posts to the confirm page.

the confirm page will send the cart details to the authorize.net server, the shipping is not being passed to authorize.net because it is not being calculated.

the action of the form on the confirm page is to post directly to the authorize.net server. the shipping must be calculated before the form is submitted in order to have the shipping passed to authorize.net.

thoughts?

Where so you think the issue would be? I contacted Fed Ex and they tested there end with a live transaction and the shipping was calculated and sent.

like i said, the shipping is being calculated after the cart information is sent to authorize.net.

it needs to be calculated before it is sent to authorize.net so that the shipping can be included in what gets sent.
