Adding to Adobe CC

I now have the Databridge extension as a .zxp and tried to bring it into Extension Manager CC and it fails. I got the design extender in but that's it. Any ideas? Free tools didn't work either.

Do you get an error message?

In some instances the install of Data Bridge can appear to "stall" in DW CC, but it is actually still running. Data Bridge can sometimes take a while to complete the installation.

CC

It does error out when trying to install. Because of this I've been using Dreamweaver 6 when doing any WebAssist stuff...

Ok, so what is the error?

Without knowing what the error says, I have no way of knowing what the cause may be.

Failed to update database. The extension will not be installed.

That is a bug with the extension manager.

The extensions are actually installed, if you open DW you will have access to the extension functionality, it is just that the extension manager listing for the extensions has not ben updated, so they are not listed in the EM.
