Error After Installing Extension

Hi there

I just installed the new CSS Form Builder and I have this error message:

While executing onLoad in wafb_serial.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

At line 214 of file "Macintosh HD:Applications:Adobe Dreamweaver CS4:Configuration:Shared:WebAssist:FormBuilder:Library:Shared_Ser_Macactivation.js": document.formLayer.document has no properties

What can I do?

Thank you!

Best,
boco
