javascript error(s) WebAssist:DocumentEncoding.js

I keep getting the following errors whenever I start up Dreamweaver. I've deleted the cache file and I've tried uninstalling the extension that I installed for a website but the extensions managers keeps closing down unexpectedly. Is there any way to fix this?
