Paypal suddenly stopped working

Hi guys
We've been using Paypal checkout since April, its been fine. It suddenly stopped working on October 8th. Credit card checkout (via worldpay) is ok, still works fine. I didn't realise there was a problem till today when a customer emailed us a screen grab of the error. I've attached the error; it doesn't seem to highlight any reasons for the problem. Any suggestions?

session dump shows that there is a request being made to the paypal server, but the response is empty, this indicates that the paypal server is refusing the connection request.

This normally happens if the API Credentials are not being accepted by the paypal server. you should contact paypal to determine why the paypal server is refusing access for the API Credentials you are using.
