coupon did not get applied qualifying order

I have an order that just came in that didn't get the coupon applied even though all four products in the order are included in the coupon. I can give you details in pm.

Is there a way to tell when options are added? I don't think they were added after the coupon was created. I'm pretty confident all those pdfs options were created well before the coupon was created.

When you add products with options to coupon do the options get added automatically?

no there is not a way to tell when the options where created.

yes, when you add a product that has options to a coupon, all the options that exist when the coupon is created are added to the coupon.
