I want to create a new user registration system and need some guidance and the best way to make these things work together - Community Network Directory and user access control ie log in to post ads, news events.. Powerstore to track payments and paid users, PowerMessenger or ?? for generating emails to the users.

I am more than happy to pay for a support ticket to implement some of these tasks, however I would like some direction on getting started, best way to proceed and an estimate on customization costs. Thank You!

the best wa to make all these products work together is to have them use the same users table.

well, you say that you want to integrate your user registration with power store, so why not simply use the power store user registration rather than recreate it?

you may have to make modifications to the power store user registration for it to fit your specific needs.

I am concerned about all the non-paying users also being in the store, but I guess that is fine as long as we have a field to determine paid users and unpaid and the level of membership. ALSO hotlinewebsites.com is on another server therefore the server session will not work for log in/log out.
