Driving Directions wont show

I am trying to get directions to show up, but they won't display on the live site. They show as a place holder. I tried just a basic site, no directions showed -- then tried a site where the user enters the direction and nothing showed. I need help.

Your map looks as though it should be displaying the directions. Were you ever able to see the directions portion? If so please explain what edits you have made. If you have not see the directions on the page at all what is the version of Pro Maps you are using? This info can be found in the Extension Manager.

If your directions are bound to the form elements then it should display without a problem when a user enters values into the form. You could even make it so the directions won't show until after a user enters an address. If you can please post back with a copy of this page and include your google_javascript folder so we can test this with your own pages.

I have never been able to see the directions. It shows as a place holder in Dreamweaver, but when I upload it nothing shows up.

I am running the newest version as I just bought it.

I have opened a ticket for you on this, please login to WebAssist.com and visit your support history to update the ticket. Please post back with a copy of the page that has the map and directions on it as well as a copy of your google_javascript folder from the site in a zip archive. I will take a look at the pages and let you know what I find out.
