are you using one of the preset applications? or using the New Form blank?

Are you using your own table? or have ing the preset create the table for you?

if using your own table, what is the table structure?

At what point does it crash? while setting up the pages? or while it is trying to create the pages?

If it is crashing while it is trying to create the pages, try closing the Files panel and the server behaviors panel if they are open before you start the wizard.

if it is crashing while setting up the application, try disabling the preview in the webassist preferences.

Data Assist Crashes both Dreamweaver CS6 and CC

I have the same issue. I am running OS X 10.8.5 and have Data Bridge 1.1.4 installed on both CS6 and CC. It seems to work OK on smaller tables, ones that have only a couple of fields, but when I try to use it on my products table which has quite a number of fields, it crashes Dreamweaver when trying to add the pages. I have tried all your previous suggestions but it is still happening.

I would love to but if I enable right click RTF formatting and attempt to upload an image, if I right click and select Insert Element -> Image, the dialogue box says "Enter the URL to the image you would like to display, or click browse to upload an image." There is no browse button.

The same goes for trying to attach the file. If I click on "Manage Attachments" the dialogue box has an "add attachment" link, it doesn't work.

I tried it using Firefox, Chrome and Safari. I have commented on this issue previously in the forum's but it doesn't look like the issue has been attended to yet.

I can view the table structure in my browser the following I have cut and pasted from that:

Database: auswides_data

products
Field Type Allow Null Default Value
ProductID int(12) No
ProductSKU varchar(50) Yes
ProductName varchar(100) Yes
ProductPrice float Yes
ProductWeight float Yes
ProductCartDesc varchar(250) Yes
ProductShortDesc varchar(250) Yes
ProductLocation varchar(250) Yes
ProductUnlimited tinyint(1) Yes
ProductLive tinyint(1) Yes
ProductStock tinyint(1) No 1
ProductUpdateDate timestamp Yes
ProductCategoryID int(11) Yes
ProductSubCategoryID int(11) Yes
ProductImage varchar(100) Yes
ProductThumb varchar(100) Yes
ProductLongDesc text Yes
ProductSpecials tinyint(1) Yes 0
ProductOldPrice float Yes 0
ProductSort int(11) Yes 999

A few of the columns in your table use the tinyint data type, I have run into issues with the tinyint data type causing the wizard to crash in the past, try changing those columns to use the int data type.

Is this resolved? I have about 100 fields in tinyint datatype....

I haven't had any recent issues with tinyint. I believe we have it fixed in the latest version.
