Known issue (and solution) with setting USPS Carrier to Parcel

An issue was discovered in PowerStore 2.0, where using USPS Shipping and setting the Carrier to Parcel will cause an error in the shipping and the confirm.php page will redirect to the checkout_failure.php page.

We are now offering a very simple fix (just a file replacement) in the Download Center of our website. Log in and visit downloadcenter.php. Click on PowerStore; then click on the Known Issues section. Download the zip file and follow the instructions in the readme file.

Is this fix included in the software for new purchases?

Hi. I wanted to discover if this fix is now included in the software when someone buys it, or do you have to download the fix after you purchase PowerStore?

Download the fix

You still need to download and follow instructions on the fix. With solutions, this is our best way to get fixes to you because for all the folks that have ALREADY purchased PowerStore, they won't want to replace all their pages so a dot release is not very beneficial for existing customers.

And just as a FYI for everyone on all of our products: If there is ever a known issue listed in the Download Center for a given product, that means the fix is NOT included in the extension or solution. Once it is included, we remove the known issue.

Hope this helps!

Spry Validation Confirm ERR message

Hi Anna,
I tried the fix, but it didn't work. I'm getting the following message (as it is written):

"Spry Validation Confirm ERR
The Element spryconfirm1 doesn't exists!"

Please advise.

on the checkout.php page, find and delete the following line:
var spryconfirm1 = new Spry.Widget.ValidationConfirm("spryconfirm1", "UserPassword2", {validateOn:["blur"]});
