Jim

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '../images/installed.php' (include_path='.:/opt/php53/lib/php') in /home3/dca/public_html/WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php on line 59

We started with
Here is a copy of the images/installed.jpg file converted to a php file, and a copy of the WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php file updated to use the PHP file instead of the jpg.

On Sept 25th, you sent me a link to four png images which I placed in the images folder. As well as two php files. WA_Golbals.php I found that file in the WA_Globals folder and replaced. Did not see an installed.php file in any of the folders as I added it in the same folder with the WA_Globals.php file.

The hosting company is HostGator

Not sure what step I missed

Jim

I received the wa_globals and installed.php files from the previous post. After I added them and updated the site, it took me through the CMS setup again at which point I received the above reply.

At this point I am planning to start from scratch, to see it I get a better build.

What is the answer to this?

I have the same problem while updating a page it took down the whole website. I know I read the workaround but can't find it.

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.
