Hello,
Unable to activate CSS FORM BUILDER, I get an error Unexpected error: -2 Activation cannot be completed .....
I work with a MAC PRO and DW CS5.5.
I noticed that the removal of your extensions with Extension Manager takes a long time. Extension Manager crash.
and the extension is not deleted
This extension has never been activated on my account.
