passing correct address information paypal

Hi I've got a couple of websites using paypal payments pro with a local checkout. The client has reported some issues with (some - not all) customers calling up unable to process payment online. I want to double check that I have the correct variables being passed to paypal as on looking in their paypal account the address details do not seem to be being passed correctly. The variables I have are as follows:

Billing: cc_number, exp_month, exp_year, CVV, firstname, lastname, email, phone, fax, street1, street2, city, state_province, postcode, country
Shipping: shipping_firstname, shipping_lastname, shipping_email, shipping_phone, shipping_street1, shipping_street2, shipping_city, shipping_state_province, shipping_postcode.

Please confirm that these are still correct - also should I include the address_override=1 variable incase of different shipping to billing address?
Thanks.

Yes, those are correct.

PayPal pro dies not use the address over ride variable, that is specific to payments standard.

Oh ok - well thats encouraging. Its just that when I click the order details from within paypal it says 'we have no postal address on file'.
