ie10 issues with content and product descriptions

I notice with ie 10 (not firefox or chrome)
that you can not hit the enter key to add a new line for product descriptions or content, however you can write over the existing content and product descriptions.

There is a lot of different discussions on ie10 in the forum and not sure if there is a fix or one that I should use.

IE 10 implements the Enter key differently from other browsers, there is not really a way to fix this, it is just Microsoft being Microsoft and playing by their own rules rather than using standards.
