Switching between Validation Toolkit and CSS Form Builder

I still have a lot of ASP sites so removing Validation Toolkit will be a bother.
Is it possible to Enable and Disable one or the other depending on application or must you uninstall or reinstall?
I have the same issue with Digital file Pro. I am constantly switching out Configuration folders or uninstalling and reinstalling to get the functionality I need.

If you have CSS Form Builder installed, you will have all the functionality of Validation Toolkit as well, since Validation Toolkit functionality was integrated into Form Builder.

The client and server validation options under the Form Builder menu and insert bar are the same as the client and server validations for Validation Toolkit.

So you should just uninstall Validation Toolkit and install Form Builder.

So CSS Form Builder works with ASP?

The short answer is No. But, CSS form builder does a lot of things that don't require a server language. Those things will work on any server language. That includes create and design the form and apply spry validation.

Server Validation is an important feature of Form Builder that does not work on ASP or ColdFusion... this includes the CAPTCHA and Obvious question fields as well, since they depend on php code. However some things will work on plain HTML pages. Those things are the only things that would work on ASP.

Officially the Form Builder is only supported on PHP and is only tested on PHP and HTML pages.

If you want to use validation toolkit in ASP you could leave it installed when installing form builder. Uninstalling Validation Toolkit after installing Form Builder would cause issues reqiring a reinstall of Form Builder, but it shouldn't really cause problems until then and it can be worked through if it does happen with a reinstall.
