seem to be missing a file. or should i simply ignore this one?

are you getting an error message? What is the exact error?

have you tried resetting the workspace payout:
go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
