No tables are available in Data Bridge

I had an issue a while ago where my host company upgraded PHP, which used a DB connection protocol that is not supported by WA. I have reverted PHP, but still cannot connect to any DB tables using Data Bridge.

Customer service at my host company isn't exactly forthcoming, so if you can help guide me in what to request they change/revert, so that I am able to use the WA products again I would really appreciate it.

Thank you

the Dreamweaver Database connection uses the mySQL library to connect to the MySQL server. That will need to be enabled on the server for the connection to work.

I am having a difficult time getting help from my host support team. They have provided me a link to my php info page, and asked me to tell them what changes need to be made. Would you be able to help me tell them what needs to change so I might be able to use your products again.... See PM

we looked at this in a connect meeting, and it seams to be a server configuration issue.

i suggested installing a local testing server and connecting to the local database rather than trying to use the remote server as a testing server.
