Are the hidden values unique to each paypal account

I have built the free tools paypal store, and have used my own email address to test with. I am now about to add the live email address to be used in the PayPal add to cart and saw the following:

<input type="hidden" name="business" value="" />
<input type="hidden" name="receiver_email" value="" />
<input type="hidden" name="mrb" value="R-3ZY1234B9876543X" />
<input type="hidden" name="pal" value="ABCDEFGHIJK9" />

The last two listed... "mrb" and "pal"... are they unique to each email address or PayPal account? If they are unique, how do I find these for the desired account?

Also, what is the difference between "business" and "receiver_email"? They are both the same value.

the MRB and PAL variables are for the Merchant Referral Bonus program, this has been discontinued by paypal, but the variables are left in place for accounts that had signed up while it was still in use.

the reciever email is the Primary email address of the payment recipient, it should be left the same as the business email address.
