Undersired switching sandbox/test mode

I have a client using Authorize.net with eCart who reports that twice in the last week two customer orders went into test mode. Both customers are using Amex, but that's the only commonality we can find. Is there anything that could be causing it on the eCart side?

on the confirm page there is a variable to set the test request:
$AuthNet_required[0][$nextIndex] = "x_test_request";
$AuthNet_required[1][$nextIndex] = "FALSE";

make sure that is set to false, but it also gets set in the Authorize.net account.

Hmmm... I'm not seeing those variables anywhere in my confirm.php page. I've attached it so you can take a look.

Thanks - Joe

Looks like you are using Authorize.net SIM instead of AIM

using SIM, it is set using a hidden element:
<input type="hidden" name="x_test_request" id="x_test_request" value="FALSE" />

so the transaction is being set to be live by the eCart code.

it must be something in the Authorize.net account settings the transactions to use the sandbox.
