Email Settings Not Being Adhered To

I have the email settings set to:

Max Emails: 450
Emails Every: 60
Seconds Between Emails: 1

Which I assume would mean that PowerMessenger would only send out a maximum of 450 emails every hour. I have received an email from my hosting provider stating that I have exceeded the outgoing mail limit. The total mailing was 3323 and after checking the "results" I notice that the first hour 1050 were sent, the second hour 1637 were sent and the third house 636 were sent.

Is the "Emails Every" seconds, minutes or hours?

you should include a delay of 8 seconds between each email:

Max Emails: 450
Emails Every: 60
Seconds Between Emails: 8

the emails every setting is seconds, but the delay is also important to include.
