how do you add delivery options on shopping cart?

how do you add delivery options on shopping cart?

I want to give the user options of standard or express next day, how would I configure the rules in ecart, change the shopping cart and checkout pages?

could I add the changes to the shopping basket page, instead of the checkout page?

shipping gets calculated when the checkout form posts to the confirm page.

It would be best to do it on the checkout form.

Showing Free Delivery

One more question, I have a rule for when subtotal is over £35 the delivery is £0, but is doesn't show in the Shopping Cart and the Confirm page...

Is there a way display the Free charge?

No, it will not show charges that dont have a positive value.

i believe it would need to be 0.01, but you can try 0.0001
