Shipping quote failed message

While testing the checkout page after all the billing and shipping information has been entered and I click the checkout button, I get this message:

Shipping Quote Failed
We're sorry
The unit of measure is invalid for either the selected service and/or packaging. Verify the selected Service and Packaging is valid for this shipment type.

My client is using ups wants to use oz. because all of their products weighs less than a lb.

What shipping provide and shipping method are you selecting?

For some shipping methods, the weight needs to be at least 1 pound.

Jason,

I am using UPS Ground. I changed everything to 1 lb. and I am still getting the same error msg:

Shipping Quote Failed
We're sorry
The unit of measure is invalid for either the selected service and/or packaging. Verify the selected Service and Packaging is valid for this shipment type.

Not sure what else to change? Please help.
