Taxes don't show up on confirm page

Hello, I have a Power Store in which I just set up a tax rule and the tax charge does not show up on the confirm page. If I complete the order it does show up on the checkout success page. I need to be able to show the tax to the customer on the confirm page. Any thoughts. I have supplied the two screen shots for examples of the issue.

I updated the webassist/plugins/shopping_cart/cart_readonly.php file to correct the problem.
