Email FROM value using Recordset Loop

Thread began 8/21/2013 4:44 pm by | Last modified 8/21/2013 4:52 pm by Jason Byrnes | 113 views | 1 replies |

Email FROM value using Recordset Loop

Is it possible to use a Recordset Loop to set the value of the email FROM similar to how to set the TO value?

I have a Recordset that pulls contact data that includes both a contact email (TO value) and the email of the owner of the contact (FROM value). I would like to dynamically set both the TO and the FROM values for each email. I know how to do the TO value but don't see a way to set the FROM value in the GUI.

Any ideas?

No, there is not a way to set the From value to use a recordset loop.

in many cases this wont work. Most SMTP Servers require the FROM address to be a valid email address for your domain.
