File attachment not being sent by email

This is my first jab at sending an attached file with an email enquiry form.

I do receive the email that is sent, but no attached file. I have noticed, that the files that I have attached during the testing phase, is in the root directory of the website.

Please advise how to correct this.

Some forum posts suggested checking max_execution_time to be about 60 seconds. The maximum my service provider offers is 30 seconds. Would this be sufficient?

In the file upload behavior, there is not an upload folder specified, This will cause the file to upload to the same folder that the form file is in on your server.

IN the Universal Email server behavior, make sure that the Attachment is configured properly.

On the attachment tab, set the attach to entered value, and click the lightning bolt icon. In the bindings panel, select the WA Uploaded Files -> Server Directory binding. Copy the binding code that is added, then click the lightning bolt icon again, and select the WA Uploaded Files -> Server File Name binding.

in front of the Server File name binding code, past the server directory binding code.
