WorldPay - Payment Error

Hi All,

I am setting up a website for a furniture company and I have come to the eCart stage now.
I have successfully filled in all the cridentials that it requires for WorldPay.. merchant ID etc..

But when I go to place a test order I get this (attached) from WorldPay.

Can anyone advise?
The errors are making no sense to me. What's an installation ID??

Thanks,
Paolo

The Installation ID is the same as the Merchant Login ID

It is the value you enter in the Checkout wizard on the screen after selecting Worldpay as the gateway.

on the confirm page, it is passed as a hidden form element:

<input type="hidden" name="instId" id="instId" value="<merchant login id here>" />

the error is saying that the merchant ID you entered is not valid.
