Considering purchase

I am considering purchasing power messenger. I have over 5000 users that I want to be able to email to, I want to be able to select which users based on a usergroup. I am wondering if that is simple to implement and if overall folks are happy with PowerMessenger. Thank you in advance for any feedback.

It should be possible to segment emails by group, and 5000 should be a relatively easy to handle load... you should talk to your hosting provider about email limits to be sure what they allow.... I'll let others comment on their success and experience.

Thank you. Can you tell me if the implementation to email to segments could be completed in 1 hour paid support session?
